This in-wall wired remote control allows you to separately control the speed of your fan and the brightness of the light. It features 4 code switches to set a unique frequency, allowing for 16 possible code combinations. The 4 buttons on the remote control include High Speed, Medium Speed, Low Speed, and Off. The Light button controls the brightness of the light and can turn the light on or off.

Compatibility

This ceiling fan wall remote control is compatible with various models, including UC9050T, UC9050U, CHQ9051T, 53T, 35T, HD5, HD6, UC7078T, UC7080T, and UC7083T. It also works with the R28 receiver. Please note that it does not work with fans that have a built-in remote control system or Bluetooth or Wi-Fi control.

Support for Multiple Ceiling Fans

Yes, this wall remote control supports the control of multiple ceiling fans. However, it is important to ensure that the PIN code settings are different between the fans. Failure to do so may result in the transmitter from a neighboring house activating your ceiling fan, causing it to turn on unexpectedly when you are not at home.

Dimming Function

Yes, the wall remote control supports dimming function. However, it only supports light on/off control. If your light uses LED bulbs, you can control the on/off function of the LED bulbs.

Use a ladder or step stool to reach the motor housing of the fan and locate the direction switch. 3. Flip the switch in the opposite direction. 4. Step down and turn the ceiling fan back on. 5. Verify that the ceiling fan blades are moving in the correct direction.

How to Use

Before installing the wall remote control, ensure that the frequency of the DIP switch matches the pattern of your original remote or receiver. If you have purchased multiple sets to control different fans, set each set's combined frequency to a different frequency. Cut off the power supply of the fan before installing the remote and follow the instructions carefully. The incorrect wire connection can damage the receiver. Install the wall remote in the designated position as specified in the instructions.

How to Install

The wall control can be easily installed in a standard junction box to replace an existing wall switch. It features two-wire installation and requires a neutral wire. Avoid connecting the "NEUTRAL" supply wire of the electric circuit to the transmitter wall switch to prevent damage to the transmitter or a possible fire. The wall control communicates wirelessly with the fan up to a distance of 40 feet. It can handle a maximum fan load of 1 Amps and a maximum light load of 300 watts.
